In 1952, Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital opened its doors to provide exceptional medical care in the only faith-based hospital on the Peninsula. Since then, our mission has evolved and grown, but we have kept our focus on providing the highest quality care through innovative procedures delivered by highly skilled and caring health care professionals.
In order to ensure the health and safety of our patients, visitors, associates and medical providers, we have a temporary policy in place reducing the entrance points to our hospitals in the Hampton Roads market.
Bon Secours has been working diligently with Cigna for months to renew our contract but have not yet been able to reach an agreement. The following Bon Secours hospitals may potentially no longer participate in Cigna’s network effective April 1, 2020.
