- Official transcripts from the school or college of pharmacy attended
- Official transcripts from the undergraduate school or college attended (preferred but not required)
- Three references using the PhORCAS standardized form
The letter of intent should focus on why you are drawn to our residency program and how it aligns with your personal and professional goals, specific experiences that highlight your qualifications and readiness for our residency program as well as how you envision yourself contributing to, and benefitting from, our organization's mission.
Reference writers should use the standard reference template in PhORCAS, and references from clinical pharmacy preceptors are highly preferred.
Candidate Eligibility
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and eligible for Virginia Pharmacy licensure.
