Faraaz Yousuf has served as president of the Bon Secours Richmond market since December 2019. Prior to this role, Yousuf was chief strategy officer for the Atlantic Group. Prior to joining Bon Secours, Yousuf served as president and senior vice president of LifeBridge Health. He also previously held the role of chief operating officer for Sutter Health and Hospital Corporation of America. Yousuf holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
John McCurley, M.D., M.H.A., serves as the chief clinical officer for the Bon Secours Richmond market. He also chairs the board of directors for the Richmond Good Help MSSP ACO. Dr. McCurley joined Bon Secours in 2013 as chief medical officer for Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center and he has held multiple roles as a physician executive. A former U.S. Navy Commander, he served in the nuclear submarine force and as the director of the White House Emergency Complex. As a naval physician, he was selected as a physician for the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court. Dr. McCurley is board certified in internal medicine.
Jill Kennedy, MSHA, BSN, NE-BC, FACHE, serves as the chief nurse executive for the Bon Secours Richmond market and Atlantic Group. She has been with Bon Secours for more than a decade in a variety of nursing leadership roles. She is board certified as a nurse executive (NE-BC) with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Kennedy received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
