Patricia Davis-Hagens
Pat Davis-Hagens has served as president of the Bon Secours Hampton Roads market since October 2021. Prior to this role, Davis-Hagens was president of The Jewish Hospital – Mercy Health in Cincinnati Ohio, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health and has served the Bon Secours Mercy Health ministry for more than 15 years focusing on compassionate, quality patient care and efficient, effective operations. Previously, she spent 20 years with Provena Covenant Medical Center in Illinois where she served in a variety of leadership roles. Davis-Hagens holds a Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State College in New Hampshire, a Bachelor’s degree from Salem State College in Massachusetts, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, and a diploma from the Department of Health and Hospitals School of Practical Nursing in Boston.
Darlene Stephenson
Chief Operating Officer

Darlene Stephenson has served as chief operating officer (COO) of the Bon Secours Hampton Roads market since August 2020. She is also the president of Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital, a role she has served since 2014. Stephenson has worked in health care in the Hampton Roads region for the past 37 years. She joined the ministry in 1998 focusing on quality and care management and has served a variety of leadership roles. Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Science from Longwood University and a Master of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Marlene Capps, M.D.
Interim Chief Clinical Officer

Marlene Capps, M.D. has served as interim chief clinical officer (CCO) for the Bon Secours Hampton Roads market since December 2021. She also serves as chief medical officer (CMO) for Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital. Prior to joining Bon Secours, Dr. Capps practiced primary care in the Hampton Roads area for 15 years.  She attended medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School and is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Capps holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Health Care Delivery from Arizona State. She is also certified as an Executive Physician from the American Association for Physician Leadership.

Kimberly Probus
Interim Chief Nursing Officer

Kimberly Probus, DNP, MBA, RN, CEN, NEA-BC, has served as the interim chief nursing officer (CNO) for the Bon Secours Hampton Roads market since September 2021. She has held a variety of leadership positions since 2008 and consults with hospitals around the country for translation of evidence into practice and improvement in quality of care. A 27 year veteran of the nursing workforce, she has a critical care and emergency medicine background and maintains those clinical skills. Probus holds three undergraduate degrees from community colleges in her native Florida, a Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, a Master of Business Administration from University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Alabama, and is a candidate for a Doctor of Healthcare Administration, which she will complete in late 2022. Probus is also an adjunct professor of nursing for two universities, serves as an advisory board member for three colleges of nursing, and mentors and provides scholarships to more than 50,000 nursing students through Nurses Helping Nursing Students on social media.
