Welcome to the Woodruff Road neighborhood Urgent Care! We’re proud to serve the Five Forks community. We are conveniently located next to Yellow Mama Music by the Starbucks. Walk-in care options are available for services like cold & cough treatment, sports physicals and x-rays–as well as lab testing and vaccinations. We accept most insurance policies and are looking forward to treating you and your family and getting you back on your way!

- Physicals & Fitness for Duty: DOT, pre-employment, return-to-work and fit-for-duty exams.
- Workplace Testing & Screening: drug and alcohol testing, TB testing, COVID-19 testing and employer-required lab work.
- Injury Care & Diagnostics: Workers' compensation injury treatment, X-rays, EKGs and follow-up care.
