Virtual video visits are a convenient and safe way to discuss health concerns for non-emergent symptoms when your primary care provider is unavailable, all from the comfort of home.

Patients can access these services via MyChart anytime day or night, ensuring timely care while minimizing exposure to illness.

Here's how it works

  1. Download the MyChart app and register, if you don't have it
  2. Open the MyChart app and log in
  3. From the menu, select Same Day Video Visit and follow the prompts
  4. Connect with a provider in minutes from your cell phone or computer

Please note that same day video visit providers cannot prescribe or refill controlled medications.
