Hello, my name is Dr. Rachel Pruitt. I’m a Family Medicine Practice Physician at Bon Secours Gateway Family Medicine. I completed my residency training at the Medical College of Georgia in 2013. My primary focus is managing diabetes, preventive care, and performing OMT. My primary goal is to partner with patients as they pursue a healthy lifestyle to achieve optimal health.
