I was born in Coral Springs, FL and have spent a majority of my life in the Greenville area. After completing my internal medicine residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach FL, I decided to return home to South Carolina to practice medicine. When I'm not dedicated to providing compassionate care with a smile, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

He always makes sure to explain his diagnoses and concerns and offers suggestions and treatment options.One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Freeman is that he does not focus on just a single ailment or issue. He examines and treats ALL of my symptoms and concerns.
