I was born in Coral Springs, FL and have spent a majority of my life in the Greenville area. After completing my internal medicine residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach FL, I decided to return home to South Carolina to practice medicine. When I'm not dedicated to providing compassionate care with a smile, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

	November 2023 Great experience. I was feeling very sick & could not get an appointment to see him until next week. Someone canceled at the last minute & Dr Freeman reached out to see if I wanted to do a virtual visit. I was very pleased & satisfied with the outcome.
