	May 2025 Dr. Benjamin took special care to address all concerns. He gave options for possible medications. He asked good questions that helped him understand the level of dementia the patient is dealing with. And when I said that I would need to get office notes for disability review, he not only said no problem, but he went way beyond my request by saying he would include a letter that should help with disability. But, the thing that I was literally blown away by, was this morning, Dr. Benjamin personally called me (not a staff member) to let me know the letter and notes were ready and that I could pick them up! Wow! How special to have a doctor care so much that he does things to help without asking, and that he personally calls! That truly is impressive to me!
