He gave options for possible medications. He asked good questions that helped him understand the level of dementia the patient is dealing with. And when I said that I would need to get office notes for disability review, he not only said no problem, but he went way beyond my request by saying he would include a letter that should help with disability. But, the thing that I was literally blown away by, was this morning, Dr. Benjamin personally called me (not a staff member) to let me know the letter and notes were ready and that I could pick them up! Wow! How special to have a doctor care so much that he does things to help without asking, and that he personally calls! That truly is impressive to me!Show less
