Meet Barbara
I attended medical school at the University of South Carolina before completing an internal medicine residency in Springfield, MA. My fellowship in cardiology was completed at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. I truly enjoy helping my patients with cardiovascular disease restore their health and wellbeing. I consider myself fortunate to practice cardiology in the upstate of South Carolina.

| April 2025 I LOVE Dr Barbara Faile! She's an awesome doctor.. She listened intently and thoroughly explained her answers. She was my biggest supporter & cheer leader over my weight-loss since previous visit, choosing to stop a certain medicine that was posing negative side effects as well as finally joining the YMCA to walk in the pool. She was genuinely concerned about each of my concerns and was proud of me thinking for myself. She always is in a positive mood which exudes a healthy atmosphere that encourages a good flow of communication. She's just the best!! |
