Dr. Stephanie Krup Repole is a fellowship-trained breast surgeon with advanced training in evaluating and caring for patients with breast cancer and other diseases of the breast. She received her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Repole went on to receive her medical degree and complete her general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She furthered her training by completing a breast surgery fellowship at Baylor, Scott and White Health in Dallas, Texas.
Prior to her fellowship training, Dr. Repole practiced general surgery, with a focus on breast surgery, in Virginia Beach for seven years. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, The American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the L.D. Britt Surgical Society. Dr. Repole was recognized as a “Top Doc” for breast surgery in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 by Coastal Virginia Magazine
