Dr. Stacey Epps attended Virginia Commonwealth University for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his internship at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. Dr. Epps completed his neurology residency at Georgetown University Medical Center and the Washington Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In addition, he completed a fellowship in epilepsy at the University of Virginia Health System. Dr. Epps is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Epps serves as Executive Medical Director for Bon Secours Neuroscience Institute, and he is Chairman of the Department of Neurosciences at St. Francis Medical Center. He also currently serves as President of the Epilepsy Foundation, Virginia.
Dr. Epps specializes in neurological disorders such as migraines and other headache syndromes, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. He has subspecialty training and expertise in seizures/epilepsy.
