It is a highly specialized discipline that embraces minimally invasive surgical techniques to treat a wide variety of urologic disorders. Since many of the urologic diseases need to be followed long term, this allows me to develop strong relationships with patients and their families, which I enjoy very much".
When not working, Dr. Wason enjoys travel and a number of outdoor pursuits. He is an avid swimmer, snowboarder and kite boarder. Dr. Wason also participates in medical mission work overseas. Dr. Wason was recognized as an International Volunteer in Urology Resident Scholar in 2010.
