Meet Sarah

I began my interest in healthcare as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco. Since becoming a PA in 1999, I've been focused in the management of liver disease. I've been amazed to see the advances in care within this field. I joined Dr. Mitchell Shiffman at Bon Secours Liver Institute of Richmond in January of 2015 and enjoy building relationships with our patients. I enjoy spending time with my family, travel as often as possible and love to sew!

She is honest and knowledgeable about what to expect and how to make my quality of life better. I feel she is highly qualified to answer any questions or discuss any treatments needed with her.
