Dr. Roxanne Dietzler grew up in New Jersey. She received her medical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. In 1994 she served as a Chief Intern and was named Intern of the Year at Washington Township Hospital, NJ. She completed her Family Medicine residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there she was named Resident of the Year. In 1996 she relocated to Virgina.
Dr. Dietzler is a board certified physician. She has served as a clinical professor with VCU and was a clinical faculty member with Fairfax Family Practice Residency program. She is a member of the various organizations including; the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), Medical Society of Virginia (MSV), and the American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP) .She volunteers in the community and has lectured for Mary Immaculate Hospitals Health Academies.
Dr. Dietzler, her husband and their son reside in Newport News. She enjoys tennis, camping and spending time with family and friends.
