Dr. Robert Juer is a board-certified family medicine physician. He completed his bachelor of arts at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and received his medical degree from University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Juer completed his residency training at Naval Hospital Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.
Prior to joining Bon Secours, Dr. Juer led an extensive career in health care. Early in his career he was a General Medical Officer for the Second Marine Division at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina and then worked as a Staff Family Physician for Naval Hospital Millington in Millington Tennessee.
After leaving the Navy, Dr. Juer started a family medicine practice in North Carolina and practiced there for over twenty years. He continued as lead physician for the eight provider group and as a Consulting Associate in Family Medicine for the Duke Health System when the health system acquired the practice.
