He said he primarily was still taking his former patients, their family only, but after I told him about my friend's concerns and background, he quickly responded that he would take her as a patient. The process of getting his receptionist to contact my friend went very well and she was contacted the very next morning, right at the time promised, to get her an appointment relatively quickly. My friend was delighted with the quick response, at the time promised, and with the politeness of the response. She is so grateful for her experience with Dr.Hoffman's office, with getting connected with her new doctor. |
