Excess weight affects many of the conditions I treat, such as diabetes, Hypertension, High cholesterol and heart disease. I have found by helping patients with a healthy lifestyle it helps reduce the risk of such conditions and makes for a happier and healthier patient.

He listens to my concerns and will even do deeper research to help me make good educated decisions on my care. He really does care about his patients and it shows. |

| November 2023 I had not been going to a doctor on a regular basis for years up until 2009, when at 53 years old I experienced a TIA. On a recommendation from a good friend I went to Dr. Hunte for follow up. His concern for my well being was obvious and his 'bedside manner' was such that when he suggested regular visits I agreed. Since that time I have seen Dr. Hunte every six months along with the occasional urgent visit. He explains things very well in terms that this retired technician can understand. He will remain my PCP for as long as he is in practice or the rest of my life. |
