Myria G. Black, NP-C
Myria G. Black, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
Ms. Black’s clinical experience includes working as a nurse practitioner in cardiology and family practices in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has significant experience as a critical care nurse providing care to a diverse population of patients in various intensive care units, including cardiac, surgical and medical. Ms. Black is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and American College of Cardiology. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and participating in outdoor activities, especially involving horses.
