Michelle “Shelly” Milburn is a Clinical Nurse Specialist who received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1997 and her MSN as a Clinical Nurse Specialist / Educator from Old Dominion University in 2015. She practiced as an RN for 20 yrs in both acute and ambulatory settings before advancing her practice to a CNS role.
