I decided to return to my hometown of Greenville, SC after finishing my internal medicine residency in Athens. Instead of following my mother’s footsteps into Rheumatology, I chose primary care because it gives me the opportunity to delve into all aspects of medicine. I look forward to providing patients comprehensive care as their needs evolve. I enjoy traveling with my husband, being active, and spending time with our family and friends.

	January 2024 Toni (nurse) and Dr Pesek are wonderful providers. Both listen and act immediately for all our needs.
	January 2024 Dr. Pesek is the most genuine, knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever had. After realizing the nurses were backed up, she picked up the phone and called me directly! She discussed changes in prescriptions, concerns to be shared with oncology group and recommended a dermatologist.I was so amazed at her care and attention to details.
