I am a lifelong resident of upstate South Carolina. I have practiced as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Palmetto Pulmonary and Critical Care since 2001. I have been fortunate to learn from excellent clinicians in the treatment of complex cardiopulmonary conditions. I strongly believe that educating patients about their conditions leads to better understanding of their disease and treatment plan. I truly enjoy this aspect of my care.

I know that people in the medical field are stretched thin with all the patients that they see on a daily basis, but even on her busy days, her compassion comes through. I've not had a bad experience here at this facility and I'm grateful

	February 2025 Luke is amazing. She has excellent listening skills and is genuinely concerned about my care. In today's fast paced society it is refreshing to be REALLY heard and not feel like you're in a production line or you're just a number. Having Covid was a terrifying experience but I am grateful for the care and support I have received. Knowing that you have someone with your best interests in mind is absolutely priceless. I couldn't be happier with my care. I would highly recommend Luke to friends and family.
	February 2025 We we'd unable to determine the cause of my pain today. Luke was thorough and searched old test results and X-rays to assist in reaching an answer. She explained what she ruled out clearly and was concerned about my condition. She determined it was not pulmonary related and suggested other options.
