I've already recommended Leslie to two different people. She was phenomenal. She spent a lot of time with me just talking to me and getting to understand my experience. I find it rare that healthcare professionals are so kind, focused, committed, and unhurried. She made me feel like she had all the time I needed (but kept within the timeframe of the appt). She listened to me, asked questions, and explained things thoroughly. Most importantly, I felt like she cared. She is exceptional, and I cannot say how much better I felt after that appt when I had walked in feeling nervous, afraid, and a little hopeless. I left with a renewed sense of hope and with a clear plan that included open communication with her. I feel so lucky to have her helping me through this.
