Laura Riddle, AGACNP-BC
Laura Riddle, NP is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and her Master of Science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She began her nursing career in the neuroscience ICU at Inova Fairfax Hospital and completed a critical care nursing fellowship prior to relocating to Hampton Roads. She transitioned to the neuroscience ICU at DePaul Medical Center and prior to joining the Bon Secours Neuroscience Center she worked as a nurse practitioner for the neuroscience service line at DePaul. There she worked with the stroke team and neurosurgery, and went on to work in neurovascular and neurocritical care.
She maintains a certified neuroscience registered nurse (CNRN) certification and is also BLS, ACLS and ENLS certified. Laura is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Neurology.
