Dr. Laura E. Cook is a treasure. The excellence with which she practices her profession, and the tools she has acquired--kindness, knowledge, listening, laughter, caring, and a deep compassion that glues her skills into a cohesive, priceless art, serve to make her worthy of the title, "Healer," Merriam Webster defines the word "doctor" as, "A person skilled or specializing in healing arts." Many have the degree, but they do not ever have the heart. Dr. Laura is one who possesses both. Although her abilities have been honed though education, and experiences acquired, it is not that alone that makes her a great doctor. It is both her decisiveness and her gentle hand and heart that reach out to offer to her patients a badly needed blend of qualities that so many will always lack. She is someone who not only has the knowledge, but who also recognizes that no one is ever great without earning trust and valuing other people. She does both of these things and does them well. Dr. Cook is excellent, great personality, patience to not just hear but actually listens. Bed siide manners are great trait for patients and Doctor practitioners and knowledge is of utmost importance. She surpasses all these expectations.Show less
