As a nurse, my patients were my favorite part of why I went into medicine. I enjoyed caring for and making a difference not only physically, but providing emotional and spiritual support as well. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner allowed me to care for patients on a different level. My passion is helping patients improve their quality of life by educating and coaching them on maintaining healthy lifestyles.
