I was born in Coral Springs, FL and have spent a majority of my life in the Greenville area. After completing my internal medicine residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach FL, I decided to return home to South Carolina to practice medicine. When I'm not dedicated to providing compassionate care with a smile, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

	October 2024 Dr. Freeman is very friendly, efficient and thorough. He does not rush you, answers any questions, explains everything completely, involves you in all discussions.I had to find a new PCP after 25 years with my previous PCP. Completely trust Dr. Freeman and am very happy with he is my PCP. Would recommend him to anyone.
