Kathy Magura Scarberry is a registered dietician, certified in diabetes education and support, who received her degree from University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She has provided diabetes education for both adult and pediatric patients with diabetes for more than 20 years with a particular interest in the challenges celiac disease and technology brings to managing diabetes.
