As a Board-Certified General Surgeon with a subspecialty in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery. I am committed to provide my community the compassionate care they deserve. I aim to provide the most advanced and least invasive procedures with the intent of less scarring, minimal pain, and faster recovery times. I am passionate about obesity and have helped many patients improve their quality of life, overall health, and life expectancy.

| October 2023 Dr. Hernandez was terrific. I explained to her that I didn't want to walk in the door and say, I want surgery. I had hoped that the appt was a discussion on the problem. And she and I talked with honesty and openness. Very very good. I was worried that it wouldn't be a discussion. I was very pleased. |
