Iya Elsayed, MD

I am a new patient to Dr. Elsayed...this was my third time seeing her and I am very impressed by her caring attitude, her thoroughness with question/answers and the one-on-one sessions we have. There is exchange of useful information from both parties and she uses info I provide to her coupled with her expertise to find a way to find resolution to a situation. She listens to me and actually seems like she cares about my personal health/welfare. Most all doctors nowadays are about the dollar sign...they don't care about you, and they run the patients through like they were cattle bring loaded into the truck going to the market. Dr. Elsayed doesn't do that and I get the feeling that she actually cares! That is so refreshing...to feel like you have someone you can trust! Because of Dr. Elsayed and her recommendation to add a small dose of another blood pressure medication, my BP is now under control and in the range it need to be! My last two PCP's never suggested the route she took...always told me to keep an eye on it, which was unacceptable! A huge thanks to her for coming up with that idea because it's working!!Show less

I do not normally go to the dr very often, yearly checkups mostly. Since I began my relationship with my dr, it has been a very positive experience every interaction. I tell everyone especially when the start complaining.Show less
