Dr. Sadr graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Biology. He completed his medical school education and residency in Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He finished a fellowship in Nephrology at Maine Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
Dr. Sadr is actively involved with the Sentara Kidney Transplant Program. He enjoys his role as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Internal Medicine teaching residents and students. He has won the William Osler award for teaching and he is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society.
