I joined Palmetto Pulmonary and Critical Care in 2008 after completing my fellowship at MUSC in Charleston, SC. I care for patients as a pulmonologist and intensivist, both in the outpatient clinic and in the hospital. My specialized area of interest is the diagnosis and management of lung masses. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, astronomy, and cooking.

	October 2023 Dr. El Bayoumi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took so much time with me. I had a lot of questions. He made dure that I fully understood what my diagnosis was, what my treatments options were, what were the pros and cons of each, which he recommended and why. He's a great doctor.
