- Dr. Freeman has extensive experience with assessment and treatment of patients with a variety of movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease, atypical parkinsonian disorders, Huntington's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, gait disorders, and others. Dr. Freeman is also experience with deep brain stimulation programming, including patient candidacy, device interrogation, troubleshooting and stimulation adjustments, as well as advance programming techniques. He has performed over 100 botolinum toxin injections for a variety of neurological indications including: cervical dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, oromadibular dystonia, limb dystonia/spasticity, and migraines. Dr. Freeman was appointed an independent clinical instructor in the second year of fellowship and had a strong residency training in general neurology and EEG interpretation including long term monitoring.
