	May 2024 She is, so far, the best doctor I have ever seen. She listens carefully, using active listening techniques, and takes the time to understand any concerns I have. She is not afraid to look you in the face with a warm smile, when she is talking to you. She does not have her head buried in either a computer screen, or a file folder, while she is discussing something with you; From someone that has avoided doctors for a long time, she is a welcome change.
