Anna Chappell listened and took my concerns very seriously. She was friendly and encouraging, but never dismissive. She actively asked my preferences about what tests to prioritize, and she assueed me that if initial tests were inconclusive, that we would keep searching. Right away, she knew a lot of things (for instance, that previous testing had been insufficient to rule out a suspected condition), but she was also double checking things (without breaking flow) throughout the appointment rather than relying completely on her own memory; these things are exactly what I want in a provider--clear knowlege, but also understanding that their memory, even if excellent, may need support in so massive and fast-paced a field as medicine.Show less

Anna Chappell APRN is the best physician I've had, She always takes my concerns seriously (regardless of their actual severity). I went in for a minor ear ache, and she was able to get my ear infection diagnosed and ordered meds for it immediately, she's the best!Show less
