Dr, DeNazerth was wonderful. We discussed the importance of keep my weight in check...I brought this up. I did not know the report said I weighed 5 pound more than what I saw on the scale. We discussed if I wanted to wear a heart monitor and I told him how much better I was since I have been taking Magnesium Oxide. I will continue this. He also asked me to be careful of dehydration and I have immediately started watching that more closely. He has much concern for y well being and remaining a runner.
