- A member of the Spine Disorder Center, Dr. Adam Crowl performs nerve decompression surgery and fusion surgery to treat degenerative, congenital and traumatic disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines. The conditions he treats include spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, fractures of the spine, scoliosis and herniated disks. Dr. Crowl joined Advanced Orthopaedics soon after his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he tutored anatomy, pathology and neuroscience, and served as Assistant Instructor of Anatomy in the Minority Advancement Program at the University of Virginia. Today, he is highly regarded as an expert in conditions of the spine.
