COVID-19 Vaccines
As of April 22, 2022, we will no longer offer COVID vaccines. Please contact a local pharmacy for your COVID vaccine needs or visit SCDHEC Vaccine Finder to find a COVID vaccine near you.
To replace lost or damaged COVID vaccine cards for vaccines received at Bon Secours please contact your Bon Secours primary care provider. If you do not have an established Bon Secours primary care provider you can present to Medical Records at St Francis Downtown – hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will need to bring 2 forms of ID, including a picture ID.
COVID-19 Testing
The COVID testing center is now closed. Please contact your Bon Secours primary care provider or one of our AFC Urgent Care Centers for COVID testing needs.
