Bon Secours today announces the opening of its eleventh urgent care center in Greater Richmond. The new location in the East End neighborhood begins accepting patients today, Monday, Oct. 13. Located at 4835 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, VA 23231, Bon Secours Urgent Care, Laburnum will be open Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
Positioned in the retail corridor of eastern Henrico County, near the Richmond International Airport, the clinic expands health care access for residents and families seeking convenient, same-day treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. The clinic is designed for today’s busy families and consumers who are increasingly seeking convenient retail sites with free, easy parking, walk-in appointments and the option to reserve a spot online.
“At Bon Secours, our focus is on making health care easier to reach, more affordable, and truly responsive to the needs of the community,” said Carlton Stadler, MD, regional medical director for Virginia, Bon Secours Urgent Care. “Our new Laburnum urgent care center reflects that commitment by delivering same-day, high-quality care in a convenient, family-friendly setting. We’re honored to provide compassionate services that connect directly into our broader network, so patients have access to the right care when and where they need it.”
The new state-of-the-art facility in Laburnum will offer patients the convenience of seeing their results, labs and patient records through MyChart as well as the ability to save their spot in advance via the AI-powered Solv Health smart queuing system. If primary or specialty care is needed following an urgent care visit, the Bon Secours urgent care team can coordinate that for the patient.
