Bon Secours Urgent Care, Sauer Center is now open weekdays from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., providing new health care accessibility to residents and families seeking convenient treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.

Located at 2230 W Broad Street, Suite 101, Richmond, VA, the clinic is designed for today’s busy families and consumers who are increasingly seeking convenient retail sites with free, easy parking, walk-in appointments and the option to reserve a spot online.

“Bon Secours is committed to delivering the most appropriate care in the most appropriate way to our patients. Urgent care centers are an important part of that strategy to ensure same-day, convenient treatment for conditions that can be treated outside a hospital setting,” said Carlton Stadler, MD, regional medical director for Virginia, Bon Secours Urgent Care. “The Monroe Ward neighborhood of Richmond is ripe for more accessible treatment options, and we look forward to continuing our tradition of providing quality, compassionate care that can easily extend to more specialized, acute care needs within the Bon Secours network if required.”

The new state-of-the-art facility in Richmond will offer patients the convenience of seeing their results, labs and patient records through MyChart as well as the ability to save their spot in advance via the AI-powered Solv Health smart queuing system. If primary or specialty care is needed following an urgent care visit, the Bon Secours urgent care team will coordinate that for the patient. If more critical care is needed, the Bon Secours urgent care team will connect patients and their loved ones to the right level of hospital care.
