Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga can bring balance to the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. This prenatal class covers breathing practices, meditation, and movement that can improve concentration, reduce stress and discomfort, increase confidence, and nurture yourself and your baby.

Instructor prepares expectant parents mentally and physically for labor and birth: recognizing labor, timing contractions, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, labor positions, medical interventions and anesthesia.
