This class includes a Meal Prep Demo teaching mom how to prepare delicious plant based meals to keep mom & baby healthy during pregnancy. Class includes a take home recipe food box! Come and enjoy fellowship and time to learn how to cook some amazing recipes.

Infant Safety Class covers safe sleep, car seat safety, when to call the doctor and other important topics such as taking baby’s temperature, diaper rash, and navigating postpartum depression.
