Gentle Yoga For Living Well (Hatha, Chair)
The class will move through different poses at a gentle slow pace and introduce breathing practices. The physical practice focuses on strengthening the core, opening the hips, supporting the back and improving balance. By moving through the poses and bringing awareness to the breath, your body and mind will feel restored, rejuvenated and relaxed.
The teacher will offer verbal cues to modify postures, as needed. Props such as blocks, belts, and mats are provided to all.
All ages and abilities welcome.
