Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga can bring balance to the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. This prenatal class covers breathing practices, meditation, and movement that can improve concentration, reduce stress and discomfort, increase confidence, and nurture yourself and your baby.
Things to know:
- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes they can move and stretch in.
- Bring water.
- Yoga mats will be provided for class but participants are welcome to bring your own mats.
- This is a beginner level class, all levels of yoga welcome to attend.
- Participants must have signed wavier completed prior to attending class, this will be emailed to you once you have completed your online registration.
Class costs $15/person, please register online.
