- Dr. Luebbert has been a practicing Interventional Radiologist since 1992. He has been a member of the Interventional Radiology Division of MCR since 2005. Dr. Luebbert obtained his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School where he also went on to complete his General Surgery Internship. Dr. Luebbert completed his diagnostic radiology residency program at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington D.C. He finished his Interventional Radiology fellowship at George Washington University Medical Center in 1992. Dr. Luebbert is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology. He has earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Interventional Radiology. He is Assistant Professor of Radiology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), and also a member of the American College of Radiology and the American College of Phlebology. He is a practicing diagnostic radiologist with expertise in interpretation of peripheral venous ultrasound. Dr. Luebbert has extensive experience in treating many types of vascular disease. His special interests include vertebral body augmentation, uterine artery embolization, and endovenous laser ablation therapy.
