I attended medical school at the Medical University of SC before completing an internal medicine residency in Charleston, SC. My fellowship in cardiology was completed at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. After 30 years of medical practice, what I enjoy most is helping my patients with cardiovascular disease restore their health and wellbeing. I consider myself fortunate to practice cardiology in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Dr. Always very helpful and has taken good care of me.
Very good experience
I mentioned and upcoming breast surgery and Dr. Freeman was proactive in taking extra measures (doing an EKG) and giving me a clearance form for the procedure. Probably saved me, and him, another visit.
Dr. Freeman was very professional and knowledgeable about my treatment. He made me very comfortable and I feel very confident in having him as my cardiologist.
Dr Freeman is so very nice!
Arranged for tests to learn of any problems
