Dr. Figueroa graduated from Ponce Health Sciences University with a Medical Doctorate in 2011, general surgery residency at University of Rochester Medical Center in 2020 which included training in tumor immunology. Fellowship training in Hepatobiliary Surgery at Providence Portland Medical Center. Dr. Figueroa’s foremost goal is to be a humble but skilled professional, providing patient-centered surgical care with compassion and hope.
