Dr. Mugdha Agrawal is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Adult Rheumatology. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Agrawal completed a residency in internal medicine from Yale University College of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, and a fellowship in rheumatology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania.
She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. Her professional interests include clinical rheumatology with particular emphasis on sarcoidosis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, scleroderma, vasculitis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and gout/pseudogout. She is also interested in quality improvement and medical education. Dr. Agrawal has participated in a number of research studies, clinical teaching experiences, and presentations. Dr. Agrawal is bilingual in English and Hindi. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.
